Your favorite shortcake recipe, baked, cooled and cut or broken into small chunks
1 qt strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
1½ C vanilla Greek yogurt
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
6 pint Mason jars
Place a layer of strawberries in each Mason jar. Top the strawberries with shortcake chunks, followed by a generous layer of Greek yogurt. Repeat layers. Garnish each jar with thinly sliced strawberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Serves 6.
