1 C sour cream
1 16-oz can refried beans
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 C Mexican cheese
Salsa (a few tablespoons or about ¼ C of your favorite kind), optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beans, sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl until well combined. Add taco seasoning and salsa. Pour into 8-by-8-inch pan. Top with cheese and bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
